Instructions for Cleaning All Foam Products

NEVER wash a solid foam product in a washer, even one with no center agitator. The movement, especially the spin cycles are too harsh and can cause the foam to breakdown or tear.

NEVER place in a dryer because the heat will cause damage to the foam.

To Spot Clean

Mix a small amount of a gentle detergent in a bowl of lukewarm water to remove stains. Dip a clean white cloth into the detergent solution and gently rub from the outside of the stain toward the center. Keep moving to a clean area of the cloth as the stain is transferred. Once the stain is removed, dip a clean white cloth in plain water and blot to remove any remaining soap. Allow the foam to air dry completely.

Deep Cleaning

Fill a large sink or bathtub with lukewarm water and a small amount of gentle detergent. Completely submerge the foam and squeeze gently to move the cleaning solution through the foam.

Rinse the foam several times until the water runs clear. “Gently squeeze” to remove the water – NO wringing! Handle carefully so you do not rip the heavy wet foam.

Allow the pillow to air dry on a flat, ventilated surface.

NEVER place in a dryer because the heat will cause damage to the foam. Depending on the thickness of the foam, it can take up to 24 hours to dry completely.

Another Option

To remove odors, place the foam in the hot sun for several hours, the foam may turn yellow, however the sun will kill most odors and bacteria.
