Gentle cleanser

I started using this cleanser as I have very reactive skin, it’s very gentle on my skin and sensitive eyes and gives me no problems. I use it with cotton wool pads or sometimes I rinse it with a damp cloth. I also love that it comes in a pump bottle.

I didn’t realise that La Roche-Posay still test on animals until after I’d bought this. It’s actually not that great any way and isn’t worth the money. Better cleansers out there for less money, and better ethics if that’s your thing.

This cleanser is super gentle and non-foaming, so fantastic for sensitive skin. I personally use this as a quick first cleanse, where I've been wearing sunscreen and/or makeup. It does leave a slight film on my face, which my combination skin doesn't appreciate but drier skins might! I follow with a second gel-based cleanser to massage my face. Great value, and I would definitely recommend!

I bought this as an alternative to my prescription cleanser as a go between, it’s a lovely cleanser, consistency is nice and thick and it’s hydrating and gentle. You can also use dry or emulsify it with water.
